Rich "Goose" Gossage is a former star relief pitcher. Although he played for 9 different teams, Goose's best years were spent with the Yankees and Padres. From 1977 to 1983, he never recorded an ERA over 2.62. He led the AL in saves in 1975, 1978 & 1980. The 9-time All-Star and was enshrined into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2008.
