Gorgeous SIGNED card of Negro League great and baseball Hall of Fame member James Bell better known as Cool Papa Bell. This card has been graded a PSA 8 NM-MT and there are ONLY Three cards at the grade (POP 3) and there are NONE HIGHER. The signature has been authenticated by PSA/DNA and I believe if it had also gotten a grade it would be a 10 as it is in fluid and easily discernable blue sharpie with no run. Def at least a 9.5. Combine that with it being the top of the PSA scale, that this was only out a few years before Bell died, having only done a few card show signings, and you have a fantastic collectible for Negro League fans, and, of course general baseball fans.
