This is a rare, POP 34, only once surpassed, PSA 9 MINT card from the unique and popular 1950 Callahan Hall of Fame set of. Legendary New York Giants Hall of Fame rightfielder/slugger, Mel Ott, who, though slight in stature for a power hitter at 5' 9, was the first National Leaguer to sock over 500 home runs, finishing with 511, while leading the NL in that category 6 times. Ott was a 12-time All-Star, including 11 years in a row. He was a key member of the Giants 1933 World Series Championship team, winning the Series-clinching game with a 10th inning home run.
