1909 T206 Piedmont 150 - Elmer Flick - Cleveland Naps - SGC 2 - Hall of Fame. His exceptional career earned him induction into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1963.

313 batting average across 1,483 games, accumulating 164 triples, 1,752 hits, 330 stolen bases, and a noteworthy 52.7 WAR. Known for his powerful batting and speed, he led the National League in RBIs in 1900 and topped the American League in stolen bases in 1904 and 1906. He also achieved the highest batting average in the American League in 1905. Born on the family farm in Bedford, Ohio, Elmer's baseball journey began unexpectedly at the age of 15 when he joined a local team on a road trip after only eight players turned up at the train station. Despite lacking a uniform and proper shoes, Flick impressed in a doubleheader, marking the start of his semi-professional baseball career with the Bedford team. Flick passed away in Bedford just two days before his 95th birthday, leaving behind a lasting legacy in Ohio baseball history.

Together with the 1933 Goudey and 1952 Topps sets, the T206 completes the "Big Three" classic baseball card sets. Affectionately named "The Monster" based on its 524-card size, the T206 is home to some of the most valuable vintage baseball cards, including the famed T206 Honus Wagner rarity.
